The two-stage payment structure
The first ₹1,42,500 locks the factory slot, releases the material booking, and starts the 7–18 working-day fabrication countdown. The second ₹1,42,500 settles on the day the truck reaches your site — after the cabin is placed, levelled, and your acceptance signature is on the delivery note. No payment is due during transit.

GST, invoicing, and accepted payment modes
Listed prices exclude GST at the applicable rate. The tax invoice shows GST as a separate line item and is raised at dispatch, not at the advance stage. The invoice is issued in your name or your company’s GSTIN — keep it on file for input credit. Accepted modes: NEFT or RTGS for the advance, RTGS or company cheque for the balance, UPI for advances under ₹1,00,000. Cash payments above ₹2,00,000 are not accepted as per regulatory norms.

The 7-day commitment applies when a 20×10 ft fitted unit is held in factory stock at the time of your order. Build-to-order — custom partition position, coastal upgrade, upsized dimensions — runs 14–21 working days. - Pre-dispatch QC — day before dispatch. Your cabin clears the 52-point inspection. We share photos of the finished unit. Balance invoice raised.

Before you place the order — warranty, factory visit, and cancellation

12-month structural warranty, 6-month electrical warranty
Structural defects — MS frame, PUF panels, joinery, weld points — are covered for 12 months from the date of dispatch. Factory-installed electrical fittings (MCB board, sockets, switches, AC point wiring) carry a 6-month warranty. Genuine defects under either category are fixed by our factory team at our cost — at your site or with a component replacement, whichever the defect warrants. Transit damage, mishandling, and unauthorised modification are not covered. Transit insurance can be arranged through a third-party insurer at your request.
A SAMAN cabin maintained as recommended — periodic surface inspection, recoating at the 8–12 year mark — has a structural lifespan of 20 to 25 years. The 12-month figure is the warranty period on new fabrication; the 20–25 year figure is the structural lifespan with normal maintenance. Two different commitments.

Both manufacturing units are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, for buyer site visits.

What happens if you cancel
Cancel before fabrication begins (typically 24–48 hours after the advance is received): the advance is refunded less ₹5,000 processing within 7 working days. Cancel after fabrication begins: the advance covers the steel, panels, and hardware already booked for your unit and is not refunded in cash — but it can be applied to a different unit on a future order within 6 months, no expiry penalty.
