Permanent or Temporary — and What Municipal Approval Requires

A container house can be permanent. The plot must be yours and approved for residential use — if your land is agricultural, a land use conversion may be required before any residential structure can be built, container or conventional. The design process takes approximately one week. You work with our team to finalise the floor plan, window and door placement, interior finish, and exterior colour.
