Every cabin comes pre-fitted with an MS frame structure, insulated wall panels, one lockable door, two windows, internal wiring for lighting and one fan point, and a false ceiling. Wall insulation type — rock wool or PUF — is confirmed at order stage based on your location and use.

If you have ordered a cabin with an attached toilet, you connect the water supply line at site. Electricity supply line connection is required for all units.

Step 4 — Delivery to your site. We handle transportation. Your cabin arrives on the confirmed date. Our team handles offloading.

Delivery Areas and Lead Time

Standard 7-day delivery covers Bangalore and districts within 100 km, Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Chennai and surrounding areas, and Greater Noida and Delhi NCR.

For locations outside these zones, delivery takes 10–14 working days. We deliver pan-India. Delivery cost for outstation locations is quoted separately and stated in writing before you confirm.

Before delivery day, have ready: a levelled surface for the cabin, clear vehicle access to the drop point — minimum 10 feet wide — and an electricity connection point nearby.

Price, Advance Payment, and What Is Included

Standard portable cabins start at Rs 1,95,000.

This price includes the fully assembled and tested cabin unit, transportation to your site within standard delivery zones, and offloading at site.

This price does not include site levelling or foundation work, electricity or water connection at site, or custom additions such as an AC unit, extra windows, or partition walls. These are quoted and confirmed separately before advance payment.

Payment terms: 50% advance to confirm the order. Balance 50% on delivery day, before offloading begins.
